Company Overview
The Port Moresby based Oceania Maritime Pilots Limited (OMPL) is a Maritime Pilot Company owned by Licensed Marine Pilots. OMPL was established in January 2017 and was initially issued with a Pilotage-Service-Provider (Interim) Licence in March 2018. It’s Full Term Marine Pilotage Service Provider (PSO – 005) was then issued on the 4th of November 2019
Background
Oceania Maritime Pilots Ltd is a newly established Company focused on providing various services in the Maritime Industry. The proposed formation of this Company came about basically to help meet the demand for pilotage services which continue to expand in Papua New Guinea’s Maritime Industry. This Company will venture into providing related maritime services to both the local and International partners both ashore and offshore. The Company is served by pilots who can deliver acceptable and efficient services which can best satisfy our customers/Clients. OMPL’s Priority is to foster assurances and to provide confidence with quality service delivery.
